208 Home Buyers Verified

From start to finish, the whole process was super easy. The stress of preparing your home for sale is gone and dealing with Real Estate Agencies along with their unnecessary fees are over. Highly recommended and thanks Cody for your professionalism and outstanding support.

Cody helped me with my parents house. They lived there for 50 years. The sell was fast and easy, and it went so smooth. Cody worked with us in every aspect of the process. Hey brought in his sister in law, Kim Kelley, Realtor, to help us find a new home for my parents. It was a great experience. Cosy is wonderful, he really understood what we needed and kept in touch with us the entire time. I highly recommend 208 Home Buyers if you're looking to sell. Thank you for all your support!!

While Cody was unable to buy my house, he offered amazing advice and gave me several other options to look into for my situation. I would recommend contacting Cody if you need to sell your home. He is friendly, professional, and eager to help a fellow man in need. Blessings to Cody, his family, and his business.
