She provided a thoughtful evaluation of our home, explained current market trends in a clear way, and guided us through each property visit with patience and care. In the end, we decided not to move, but Cynthia’s dedication and integrity left a lasting impression. She took the time to understand our goals, answered every question thoroughly, and gave us the information we needed to feel confident in our decision.   I found Cynthia during a time in my life that was hard. My mom had to sell her home and I could not ask for a better realtor! She was so warm and supportive throughout the whole process. Her knowledge and resources are excellent. She was able to help me find people to clean out mom’s house. We were able to sell her home in a week and get what we were asking her it. I would definitely recommend her.

  We cannot praise Cynthia Hash and Find Homes Realty enough. Cynthia listened carefully, always responded promptly, and used her wide circle of contacts (repair resources, photography experts, insurance and finance agents) to help us prepare for and execute the sale of our house. Every aspect of Cynthia's work--her advice, the businesses she deals with, the contracts she prepares--is characterized by complete integrity. Her vast knowledge and experience with real estate in the general Charlottesville area is nearly incredible. It was a privilege, and a very pleasant experience, to work with her.

  Cynthia Hash was a perfect fit for us as we embarked on the journey of selling our home of 18 years. Cynthia's expertise and knowledge in her field are excellent, we moved through the process knowing we had someone we could completely trust. Selling your primary residence is a big deal - being well represented is essential. We could not have found a better realtor/ broker! We would choose Cynthia again, hands down!

  Simply the best, we had a unique home that would be difficult to sell in todays current market. The Hash team made all the right decisions and it was smooth as butter! highly recommended, BTW I never do reviews.... Mike
