Cowan Roofing Verified

I had a small leak in my roof after the recent storms, called for an inspection, got a really rapid visit from Cowan to inspect the roof. Ender was very knowledgeable and courteous during the inspection, told me about shingle structure and possible failures, but didn't try to upsell me for a new roof. The damage was minor and he repaired it on the spot and gave me advice on what to look for if the leak continues and they'll come out for a deeper inspection and repair. The experience was low stress, inspired confidence and trust in Cowan, and I'd absolutely recommend them to others and they'll be my first contact if I have roofing troubles in the future. 5 Stars.

The Cowan team knew what they were doing, from delivering materials to final clean-up. Their supervisor was available to consult with me about on-the-spot decisions (like antennas, etc). Everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. My roof and skylights were replaced with new shingles and skylights. And Cowan provided all the materials for replacing the roof on my three-car garage as part of the job.

This is an excellent roofing company. From sales through installation - customer service, attention to detail, workmanship - all exceptional.

Bought a house with a preexisting roof leak that was difficult to identify. I wanted a knowledgeable roofer to find and fix the problem. Cowan Roofing was recommended and proved to be the right choice.

Cowan helped us work an awkward situation with a different vendor and took care of us. They showed up on time, completed the job on schedule, and left the area better than they found it. I highly recommend them.
